Director of Marketing. Adam Jasa has extensive experience in print and digital advertising, branding, and websites as Marketing Director at Kenwood Hearing Centers, a 6-location clinic in Northern California. Adam has been involved in creating successful practice brands and advertising campaigns from the ground up. He has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience with the last 8 being specifically in the hearing healthcare field. Adam has a B.A. in Sociology from San Diego State University and is a Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist.
Will Diles is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser and is proud to be carrying on his family legacy of providing excellent hearing healthcare. Will graduated from California State University, Chico, in 2007, with a B.A. in Business Administration, and he has been working in the family business since 2010. Will has experience in every aspect of running a successful and growing multi-location hearing practice, and he enjoys mentoring colleagues who are doing the same. Outside of the office, Will enjoys playing tennis and making wood-fired pizzas in his backyard for his family.
Jeremy is a CPA with PWB CPAs & Advisors with years of experience in outsourced accounting services, tax and consulting for audiology practices. He helps practice owners ensure their accounting systems are properly set up so they can fully understand how their business is performing on a monthly basis. Jeremy has hosted a variety of webinars and financial management seminars dedicated to the hearing industry. He has also been a featured speaker at annual hearing industry conventions and the author of two articles in the Audiology Practices Journal. He encourages the practices he works with to embrace technology by utilizing the cloud and various synchronization tools. This leads to a streamlined financial management system allowing access to timely and accurate financial information so better financial decisions can be made. Jeremy earned his Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration – Marketing from the University of Minnesota.
Having been an internet marketer for 15 years, Nick began learning digital marketing when search engines were in their infancy. In order to practice the craft, he built a network of nearly 200 websites and then marketed them regularly. He kept these websites up for years in order to test different SEO and marketing strategies, even after deciding to offer his services to other companies. Nick has worked as an agency executive much of his career and considers his specialties to be data-driven analytics, SEO, PPC, and monetization strategy. Having optimized and marketed nearly 1000 websites in his career, Nick has a breadth of experience working with companies of all sizes – from Fortune 200 to small local businesses.
Tyson has over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, working both in-house and on the vendor side. Tyson spent 6 years helping strengthen the online marketing efforts of Sports Warehouse and their collection of 14 sport specialty brands / domains, as an SEO & PPC Analyst, Marketing Manager – EMEA, and Search Marketing Manager. This experience brought him to Germany, where Sports Warehouse required his expertise and proven value to boost their marketing results in the European market and expand their business. From there, Tyson became Professional Services Manager at Searchmetrics, one of the leading global enterprise platforms for SEO, counseling Fortune 500 companies and top global e-commerce brands to help achieve their business goals and strengthen their online presence. Tyson expanded his role at Searchmetrics as the Services Team Lead, responsible for all US Enterprise clients and working with a variety of Enterprise businesses and industries.
A founder of Kenwood Hearing Center, Bill has been a clinical audiologist since 1981. Always innovating in areas of patient care and marketing, Bill has developed many unique tools that have resulted in tremendous growth of the practices which have now grown to multiple locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bill has been a featured speaker at regional and national meetings as well as at trainings for local physicians.
is responsible for marketing and business development. Chelsea has spent most of her career in sales, marketing, and business development for various medical device companies. She has extensive experience in the hearing aid industry, from retail operations to distribution to manufacturing. Chelsea spent three years at InSound Medical, the startup company that developed Lyric, the world’s first and only 100% invisible hearing device. When Phonak acquired InSound Medical, she joined Phonak where she worked for another 2 years. Chelsea was responsible for key account development at both companies and managed the most important and lucrative customers. Most recently, Chelsea has worked for Asante Solutions, a startup company in the diabetes space, where she worked on the team that launched the company’s breakthrough Snap Insulin Pump. Chelsea holds an MBA from the Universty of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan Flagler Business School as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences & Disorders from California State University, Chico.
has been a clinical audiologist since 1980, working in both private practice and medical settings. She has worked alongside physicians in their offices as well as in a hospital based clinic affording her the experience of working with a wide variety of patient populations. She has also been involved in rehabilitation, concentrating on the dispensing hearing aids and patient education. Christine also recently served as a consultant to the Product Development team at Sycle.net. At Sycle, she assisted in guiding development and enhancements of the software to better serve the needs of those of us in private practice.
Director of Information Technology. From a very early age, Lee has always had a passion for music – both enjoying it and making it. He began his career in the music industry with INgrooves, a distribution and marketing company, as a software engineer. He has transferred his love of music into a love of helping hear whatever it is they love, and now is a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist at Kenwood Hearing Centers. Lee’s strengths lie in data infrastructure design and analysis. He graduated from California State University, Chico, in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry & Technology, Recording Arts.
Kathy graduated from UCLA with a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, and then trained for a year to become a Medical Technologist. She worked in hospitals, laboratories and dairies until retiring to raise her growing family. She returned to the workforce in 2008 as an administrator for Kenwood Hearing Centers. Kathy handles all aspects of daily office efficiency and patient care coordination. She thoroughly enjoys being able to see firsthand how amplification leads to enhanced lives. Kathy has also created the physician liaison program for Kenwood Hearing Centers. The results of her carefully developed program have resulted in stronger partnerships with physicians and a steady increase in direct physician referrals.
is a principal consultant for Block and Tackle Marketing specializing in new business creation, business strategy, marketing strategy and sales and marketing execution. John is a seasoned high tech industry professional having held roles at the VP level in Sales, Marketing and Engineering and has served at respected companies such as Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies and others with worldwide scope. John has personally worked in sales, sales support, product management, market research, marketing management, business development/M&A, international business, design process consulting and engineering management roles and has spent time living and working overseas. John’s experience from over 35 years in business combined with his university technical training (Electrical Engineering, UCLA) and business education (MBA – Marketing, Golden Gate University) allow him to work effectively and efficiently with teams to set and execute successful business plans. Over his career, John has consistently grown business, out-performed expectations, and approaches business problems with enthusiasm, focus, clarity, and results-orientation.
Stephanie’s roots are firmly grounded in the hearing aid industry, as her mother was a manufacturer rep, while her husband ran a successful multi-clinic practice in the Southwest. Before co-founding AuDseo, Stephanie worked with small business owners on social media marketing to acquire new customers from their local market. She previously worked with Yelp.com, a leading review and recommendation site that drives customers to local businesses. She has experience in web design, content management and SEO.
